Resources & Links

We will continue to add some of our favorite CK101 resources. We will also continue to add other website links that we like a lot. Be sure to check everything out with your parents and teachers. (CK101 doesn't get any financial benefit from sharing these links with you. We just want you to know about them because we think they are terrific!)

Isabel's "Class Visits" & "Fatima Book"

Here is a wonderful example of how Isabel's class makes their visits with Jesus every Thursday. You can share it with your Pastor and if you go to a Catholic school, you can show your teacher. We hope it will help lots of children make their visits with Jesus!

Here is the downloadable 5 day Catholic Vacation Bible School workbook that we first told you about on Isabel's CK101 page. This workbook can be used for Catholic Vacation Bible School at your parish and also anytime as a 5 day retreat with your family.

Poppy's Prayer Card: "Consoling Jesus"

Here is the template of Poppy's hospital prayer card. This is a beautiful card to look at anytime but especially when you are feeling sick or going through a hard time. There are extras on the sheet for you to share with others! Click the red bar to print it.

Stephen's "The Angelus" Prayer

Stephen gave us all kinds of great ways to pray using The Story of Luke and the Incarnation. Here is "The Angelus" prayer from Luke's story written out for you to help you memorize it. If you are awake at 6am you can pray it, again at 12noon and in the evening at 6pm. If you do that, you will have this prayer memorized in no time. Never forget: The Incarnation is the greatest thing that has ever happened in the history of the world! Just click the blue bar to print your very own copy.

Marco's "Confession Cheat Sheet"

Marco told us the story about a boy who went to the Sacrament of Confession. Here is a paper called: A Confession Cheat Sheet. Don't worry! You aren't cheating if you use it! It's simply a paper you can bring with you when you go to the Sacrament of Confession. It will help you remember what to say and do. Click the green bar to print your copy.

Danielle's "Consecration to Mary"

Here is another wonderful prayer that Grandma Dandy taught Danielle. Ask your mom or dad for a small picture of yourself. Then print the prayer and cut it in half. (You can give the extra one to a sibling or friend.) Glue or tape the picture of yourself in the right spot. Then kneel down and pray this very powerful prayer with all your heart! Keep it in a place where you can easily see it so you can pray it often. Click the yellow bar to print.

Andre's "Divine Praises" Prayer

Remember when Andre told us one of the stories he learned at Catholic Vacation Bible School and then asked us to pray for priests? Here is a project he did during CVBS. You can print it and color it using color pencils. As you do that, think of the priests that you know and write their names at the bottom of the page. When you make your visits with Jesus, this will help you remember to pray for these priests so they will always love Jesus and have the courage to do whatever Jesus wants. Just hold up your right thumb. Jesus will understand.

Amy's "Daily Morning Offering of St. Therese"

Here is a beautiful artistic drawing of Saint Therese that you can print by clicking the red bar. Then go back to the: Our Patron Saint! page and copy the prayer on the back of the picture that Amy taught us. It's at the very bottom of the page framed in green. It is the prayer that Saint Therese actually wrote! (Therese wrote it in French. Our's is the English translation.) Did you know that YOU can write prayers from your heart to Jesus too? Yes, you can! Copy Saint Therese's Morning Offering prayer on the back of her picture and ask her to help you love Jesus as much as she did!
